Ingredients:

• Hops - classified as a nervine, hops helps soothe the nervous system. Primarily a calming agent, hops may assist problems of restlessness, nervousness, or anxiety. 
• Mugwort - flavonoid plant compounds in mugwort have the effect of improving restlessness, reducing anxiety and boosting mood.
• Passionflower - passionflower's anxiolytic effects are thought to be due to its impact on neurotransmitters, including GABA and dopamine. One study found that passionflower extract led to significant increases in dopamine levels.
• Skullcap - two important flavonoids found in skullcap (baicalin and wogonin) are thought to be GABAergic, binding to the benzodiazepine site of the γ-aminobutyric (GABA) receptor, and thereby have a sedating and anxiolytic effect
• Valerian -  often referred to as "nature’s Valium", valerian contains valerenic acid and valerenol which act on GABA receptors in the body, calming the central nervous system, improving sleep and reducing anxiety.

Directions

• Take up to 10 drops to feel calm
• Take up to 20 drops for PMS / cramps / perimenopause / menopause
• Take up to 30 drops for sleep
• Use 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by a qualified health care practitioner
• Use consistently for 6 weeks
