This smooth smokable blend includes coltsfoot, marshmallow leaves, blue lotus, catnip and calendula. It has a very gentle and calming effect while working medicinally on the respiratory system.

Coltsfoot is often smoked by blending it with other herbs to treat coughs and chest problems. Marshmallow moisturizes the lungs and the throat while delivering a mildly psychoactive buzz. Smoking blue lotus has a calming effect on the mind and soul and it also helps relieve pain and relaxes the nerves. The aromatics come from the catnip which delivers a pleasant, light grassy flavour while calendula has a tasty citrus flavour combined with anti-inflammatory qualities, calming muscle spasms and soothing coughs.
