This dreamy smokable blend includes mullein, lion's tail, mugwort, blue lotus and lavender. It has a very mellow and relaxing effect, easing stress and tension.

Mullein forms part of the base to this blend because it is gentle and soothing to the lungs. Smoking lion's tail has a mildly euphoric effect while smoking mugwort has a body calming and dream enhancing effect. The blue lotus also has a calming effect on the mind and soul and can help relieve pain and relax the nerves. The lavender creates a lovely taste and is also very calming.
