Cosmos Healing's Mellow Mint blend includes Lobelia, Mugwort, Mullein, Raspberry & Peppermint.

This is a refreshing blend which features allies that support clearing the lungs and respiratory tract. 

Ingredients

• Mullein forms part of the base to this blend because it is gentle and soothing to the lungs.
• Lobelia, in small doses, is also a great natural cleaner of the lungs.
• Mugwort know as the "dream herb" pairs beautifully with cannabis (enhancing the flavour) and may provide you with some vivid dreams.
• Historically, raspberry leaf herbal cigarettes were introduced by the Native American women who smoked them in ceremonies. In fact, there is a historical account that the first idea for cigarettes came from herbal cigarettes that were wrapped in red raspberry leaves.
• Peppermint, is a sweet smelling herb with a warm pungent flavor with a cooling and savoury aftertaste. It improves blood circulation and relaxes the nerves. It features incredibly healing properties and encourages relaxed breathing by clearing the lungs and respiratory tract.  

Directions

• This blend is for cigarette rolling purposes (we do not recommend using in a pipe)
• Mellow Mint combines very well with cannabis or organic tobacco
