This blend is traditionally used to soothe tension, encourage deep rest, and create space for emotional release and nervous system reset.

Ingredients:

• Hops — a classic nervine, traditionally used to soothe agitation, restlessness, and nervous tension.
• Mugwort — associated with calming the mind and supporting emotional clarity.
• Passionflower — traditionally used to support GABA activity and ease mental overstimulation.
• Skullcap — known in herbal traditions as a gentle relaxant for the mind and body.
• Valerian Root — long used to encourage restfulness and support the body in transitioning into sleep states.

Directions

• Place 1 tablespoon of the blend into a coffee plunger or tea infuser.
• Add 400ml boiling water and allow to steep.
• Cool to body temperature (approx. 35–37°C).
• Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
• Pour into your enema bag and administer as part of your cleansing ritual
