• Dandelion Leaf - gently diuretic; supports kidney function and fluid balance.
• Milk Thistle - rich in silymarin, which is known to support liver resilience and cellular regeneration.
• Nettle - mineral-rich and supportive of both kidney and lymphatic pathways.
• Red Clover - traditionally used to support lymphatic drainage and assist the body in clearing excess mucus and stagnation.

Directions
