Cosmos Healing Enema Blend | Detox

Cosmos Healing's detox enema blend includes a potent combination of plants that will detoxify your liver, gallbladder, kidneys and blood. Enema blends are absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the intestinal walls via an enema preparation. The oral consumption of herbs is less beneficial as some of the active compounds are destroyed or altered by the gastric juices before they are absorbed into the body.

Ingredients:

• Burdock Root - research has found that burdock root effectively detoxifies the blood and promotes increased circulation in the surface of the skin.
• Dandelion Root - dandelion root has long been held as a “liver tonic” in folk medicine. Preliminary studies suggest this is due, in part, to its ability to increase the flow of bile.
• Dandelion Leaves - improve kidney function and act as a diuretic (helping the body get rid of excess fluid) which alleviates edema.
• Milk Thistle - encourages healthy liver function, promotes healthier skin, aids digestive health and boosts your immune system.
• Nettle - boasts anti-allergic properties and has a strong detoxifying effect on the body thanks to its mild diuretic and blood purifying properties.
• Red Clover - "purifies" the blood by acting as a diuretic and expectorant (helping clear lungs of mucus), improving circulation, and helping cleanse the liver.

Directions

• Place 1 tablespoon in a coffee plunger
• Add 400ml of boiling water
• Wait for the enema preparation to cool to body temperature (35 – 37 degrees)

• Place the blend in your enema bag and administer
