• Black Pepper - contains piperine which is a natural substance that enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2000%.
• Cinnamon - contains a compound called cinnamaldehyde, which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and can help increase blood flow to the uterus. 
• Chamomile - contains the antioxidant apigenin, which may help lower inflammation and reduce the risk of several types of cancer.

Directions

• Place a 1/2 tablespoon in a coffee plunger
• Add 400ml of boiling water
• Wait for the enema preparation to cool to body temperature (35 – 37 degrees)
• Pour the enema preparation on your wristto check the temperature
• Place the blend in your enema bag and administer
